Introduction

The Learning by Making app uses the Logo learning language to facilitate accessible science and technology education. Our implementation, JSLogo, is what powers app.lbym.org, and this documentation refers to that. Note that this app is in development, so this documentation is evolving and likely incomplete. If you run into issues, or have suggestions, please let us know by emailing lewiston@sonoma.edu.

The app features three panels: the code entry area on the left, terminal on the bottom, and canvas above the terminal. Buttons on the top left can change the view. By default you'll see the turtle view, pictured here. You can also view graphs and data recieved from boards.
